Despite being one of the top ten luxury real estate teams in the US, the Alexander Team's Instagram account had images that were too busy and dark while the captions were simply copied and pasted from the website description.
As I took over the account, I selected and resized images that would make an impact, wrote shorter catchier captions, researched relevant hashtags to use, analyzed metrics for the optimal posting time and grew the account to over 15,000 followers.

I wanted to create a logo that was simple and clean yet stood out. As I was looking for a typeface, I noticed that the negative space of my initials, MHC, can be made from simple geometric shapes. From there, I chose bright colors for a cheerful and modern self-identity.
